BalanceNG One Year High Priority Software Support Plan
- Covers support for up to 2 BalanceNG Licenses in emergency cases with high priority email+phone support, reaction time 24 hours, emergency bug fixing and workaround software builds, remote access support and diagnosis (SSH), on-site trouble shooting (without travel expenses).
- Exempts any standard software support case currently in progress.
- Includes remote configuration and snapshot analysis.
- Software updates during the validity period of 1 year, including major release upgrades
- Any license replacement/relicensing is included.
